Border Report - Fence Construction and A Cell Phone Found

Report from Gman: We have been busy around here my year to date is now 671. The Border Patrol are responding quick to my calls and apprehending approximately 80% of the groups that are trying to get through. The hard work is paying off and it feels good. If you could just see what I have been able to see it would send chills down your spine. These groups sneaking into our country in the middle of the night; they know it is illegal, you can tell by the way they move through the trails all crouched down and sneaky....
